Warranty

Our Resound hearing aids include a 5 year Manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase, which covers the aids for repair or replacement due to faults and damages. Loss is not covered by the warranty.

If there is a hardware fault with the hearing aids we would have the aids shipped to our lab in the UK where we would manage the repair with the manufacturer.

For software or general aftercare support, we may schedule a session with one of our audiologists who would be able to adjust the aids remotely.

Money Back Guarantee

Our no quibble, 30-day, money back guarantee policy is exactly that - if you don't like, or you're unhappy with any hearing aid you have purchased from Wholesale Hearing you can return it to us for a full refund. Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day your item has been shipped to you the customer. You, the customer, are responsible for return postage costs back to our centre. Fitting

Our audiologists will ensure that your new hearing aids are a perfect fit. If you would like advice on suitable devices prior to purchasing your hearing aids, you can send us your audiogram. If you do not have an audiogram (hearing test result) taken within the last 6 months we can help you find a local provider.

Programming

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email with a  medical questionnaire for you to complete and return to us. If we do not already have a copy of your audiogram we will request it from you (a clear photo of a hardcopy is fine). Our audiologists will review the medical questionnaire and your audiogram to check that your chosen devices are suitable, before programming your hearing aids.

Remote Programming

We want to make sure your hearing aids perfectly suit your needs. Should you ever need your hearing aids adjusted, our audiologists can fine-tune and reprogram your hearing aids via the free hearing aid app on your smartphone.

Receivers & Domes

The email will also have instructions on how we will identify the correct receiver length needed to fit your ears. We include a range of dome sizes with your devices, allowing you to choose the most comfortable.

Delivery

Free DHL Express delivery is available worldwide, on all hearings aid orders and on other orders valued over £500. 

• Delivery times for this service vary from 1-5 days depending on your location, and will be shown during checkout.
• Deliveries are insured and tracked

For orders under £500, delivery options for your location, including costs and delivery times, will be shown during checkout.

Do not forget to add dispatch time to the delivery time.

• For hearing aids, we aim to program and dispatch within 5 days of receiving your order. If we are unable to do this for any reason, we will contact you. 
• For accessories, dispatch takes 1-2 days.

• For all orders delivered to the UK , UK VAT is chargeable and is included in the price you see.
