I did purchase PAL L 90 for my Dad who is in late 70's in 2023 , who needed support with his hearing. I have purchased at least 5 units from different shops before and some quiet expensive compared to the deal with Whole sale hearing ( WSH ) , however LL 90 was the one Dad found effective and used continuously for 2 years . I am not sure why , perhaps the WSH team recommended me to ignore the initial hearing test results and they advised to choose L 90 , which according to them was best . I have to be honest , that was true and Dad started interacting - irony was he started engaging in conversations and started arguing with us as before . Unfortunately after 2 year + , whilst travelling one got damaged and lost. I initially thought of purchasing different pair , but Dad was adamant he wants similar. Thankfully one staff member Ross organised a purchase of a single one for a fair price , which I wasn't sure it was possible. WSH team - I am thankful for all your help and also kindly sending another charging unit . Best wishes.

These are my first hearing aids. I was having difficulty hearing some conversations and the TV needed to be turned up. I decided to do something about it. My audiogram showed a loss in the higher frequency sounds. My Lumity hearing aids are very discreet and have significantly improved my hearing in conversational situations.
